Privacy Policy
Introduction
Print and Cut Ltd. reg. no .: 14-09-317049 registered office: 8697 Öreglak, Park utca 4., hereinafter: Data Controller) recognizes the content of this statement (hereinafter: Statement) as binding on itself with regard to printandcut.hu operated by it (hereinafter: Site).
The Data Controller is entitled to modify this Statement at any time without justification, of which it will inform the Users separately.
The User accepts the contents of the modified statement with express consent given after the notification, or in the case of modifications that do not materially affect the data processing, upon the next use of the services provided by the Site.
Legal basis for data processing
The processing of personal data is based on the voluntary consent of the Users according to Section 5 (1) (a) of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Infotv.), as well as on Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services.
The User gives consent during registration.

Scope of Managed Data:
The following data may be stored during registration on the Site.
The User:
- username,
- email address,
- password,
- other voluntarily provided personal data [address, date of birth, gender, contact information (ICQ, MSN, AIM, YIM, website), registration date, number of comments, last login time.
Due to the technical operation of the Site, certain parameters of Users’ computers, such as IP address, operating system used, browser program, specific visit circumstances (time, duration of visit; viewed pages, contents; etc.), are automatically recorded in the server log files, both for registered and unregistered Users.
The system automatically generates statistical summaries and reports from these data, but the Data Controller does not link this data to other personal data; it is used solely for generating visitor statistics and developing the Site.
During the visit to the Site (loading), small (data) files are automatically placed on the User’s computer (hereinafter: cookies), about which the User does not receive separate notification. The cookies, which reach the Site with each visit, are necessary for the proper functioning of certain elements of the Site.
The User can prevent any further use of cookies by adjusting their internet browser settings accordingly.
Purpose of data processing
Data processing serves partly to maintain contact with customers via the newsletter of Print and Cut Ltd. and partly for statistical purposes.
Duration of data processing
The processing of visitor data (IP address) begins upon arrival on the website, and the processing of name, email address, password, and other voluntarily provided personal data starts with registration, during which the registrant accepts (among other things) this Statement.
The stored data can be modified or partially deleted by Users by logging into their user account.
Upon achieving the purpose of data processing or at the User’s request, the data will be deleted within 10 days from the receipt of the deletion request at the latest.
Newsletter
Print and Cut Ltd. sends advertisements, promotions, presentations of products and services, useful information, and newsletters containing tips to the electronic mail addresses provided during registration only in accordance with legal requirements and procedures.
If the User requests the sending of newsletters advertising Print and Cut Ltd.’s products by checking the appropriate box, they agree that Print and Cut Ltd. may store and process the provided personal data (salutation, last name, first name, address (postcode, city), date of birth, email address) for this purpose.
Personal data will be deleted at the request of the registered buyer, or when the purpose of data processing ceases, or when the storage period prescribed by law expires. The provided consent can be withdrawn by presenting an identity document, by sending a letter to Print and Cut Ltd.’s address (password “data protection”), or by sending an email to print@printandcut.hu.
Similarly, the consent given by clicking to receive newsletters advertising Print and Cut Ltd.’s products and services can be withdrawn at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe from newsletter” link in the newsletter.
Access to data, transmission, and security
The Data Controller has access to all managed data. In addition to the above, courts, public prosecutors, investigative authorities, misdemeanor authorities, administrative authorities, the data protection commissioner, and other bodies authorized by law may contact the Data Controller to provide information, disclose data, transmit, or make documents available, which information must be provided in compliance with legal obligations.
In other cases, personal data may only be transmitted to third parties with the express consent of the User.
Prior consent of the data subject is required for the processing of another person’s personal data, which consent is the responsibility of and is the liability of the User.
Data processing
The Data Processor stores the data processed during the use of the Site in a database on the Data Processor’s server and in the server log files of the Data Processor based on a written contract concluded with the Data Controller.

Right to information, objection, and exclusion of liability
During the processing of personal data, the User may request information, correction, deletion, or blocking of their personal data at any time and may object to the data processing through the contact provided by the Data Controller.
The Data Controller is obliged to respond in writing to the request of the data subject for information as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days from the receipt of the request.
This information is free of charge if the person requesting the information has not already submitted a request for information to the Data Controller for the same area during the current year. In other cases, the Data Controller reimburses the postage costs. Under the Infotv., the Data Controller keeps a record of data transmission for 5 years to verify the legality of data transmission and for the purpose of informing the data subject, which includes the personal data managed by them:
- the date of transmission,
- the legal basis and recipient of the transmission,
- determination of the persons affected by the transmission.
When the use of services provided by the Site ceases at the request of the User, the Data Controller automatically ceases the processing of the User’s personal data. The termination of this processing does not affect the Data Controller’s obligation to keep records of data transmission, so the personal data of the User are blocked for the aforementioned purpose and period.
In addition to the above cases, the Data Controller deletes personal data if their processing is unlawful, the purpose of data processing has ceased, the storage period of the data prescribed by law has expired, or if ordered by a court or the data protection commissioner.
The Data Controller notifies the data subject and all those to whom the personal data were previously transmitted for data processing purposes about the correction and deletion of personal data.
Notification may be waived if it does not violate the legitimate interests of the data subject regarding the purpose of data processing.
The User may object to the processing of their personal data if:
- the processing (transmission) of personal data is necessary exclusively to assert the rights or legitimate interests of the Data Controller or the data recipient, except if the processing of data is prescribed by law,
- the use or transmission of personal data is for direct marketing, public opinion polling, or scientific research purposes, the exercise of the right to object is otherwise permitted by law.
With the simultaneous suspension of data processing, the Data Controller shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time, but within 15 days at the latest from the date of submission, and inform the User in writing of the result.
If the objection is justified, the Data Controller shall cease data processing, including further data collection and transmission, and shall block the data, and shall inform all those to whom the personal data of the data subject were previously transmitted.
The Data Controller shall not be liable for damages caused to the User due to inaccuracies in the provided personal data.
Legal remedies
In case of measures taken by the Data Controller, remedies and complaints can be filed with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information

In asserting their rights, the User may also turn to court, which shall handle the case out of turn.
The court proceedings can be initiated before the court having jurisdiction over the User’s place of residence or habitual residence, at the User’s choice.
If the court grants the request, the Data Controller shall be obliged to provide information, correct, block, delete, or annul the decision made by automated data processing, taking into account the User’s right to object.
